If you want to keep up with the latest changes, it's best to keep playing on the public server or host a local server. Q: Will OpenFusion receive updates in Flashpoint as it does normally with the public servers and the Github release page?ДЄ: Updates to the OpenFusion server within Flashpoint will be delayed, since Flashpoint uses a different release cycle. The OpenFusion Client will continue to work, and public servers hosted by OpenFusion will stay running for the forseeable future.

Q: Will I still be able to use the OpenFusion Client? What about the public servers?ДЄ: Don't worry, everything is still available as it was! This is just an easier way to play offline and help preserve a piece of FusionFall history. Once installed/extracted, simply search for Fusionfall and click play! Your progress will automatically save once you close the browser window.ДЇlashpoint also has a Discord if you need any help setting things up - please be mindful of their rules.

Since Fusionfall started as a web game, I thought it would be appropriate to immortalize it within Flashpoint. As the name implies, they have thousands of Flash games, but also games/animations for other plugin technologies such as Shockwave, Java, and Unity. If you didn't already know, Flashpoint is a project that helps to preserve web based games in an easy-to-use launcher. I canвЂ™t wait to see what this team has in store. If they do use my ideas, my name will be on it. I imagine the current writing team will probably want something new. You may not see info on an area until it comes out, who knows.

IвЂ™ve started up a Twitter for any story ideas that the team decides to drop. ThatвЂ™s cool, although with the amount of work I put into it I would like it to go somewhere. It looks like my story will never be told the way I envisioned it. I decided to leave instead, of my own will. Still, tensions over creative differences with one team member in particular resulted in them threatening to leave the team. While I was not the only one being called out, I was the only one present, and I did clarify that I was always open to compromise for the sake of development. ThatвЂ™s on all of us.ДЄfter over a year of this process, a year that included me becoming the Project Head, the tensions broke loose during an expected, but longer-than-wanted, period of August/September inactivity. An outdated leadership system developed during FerbвЂ™s tenure overstayed its welcome, and the group chat dedicated to it was still kept private despite crucial dev information being discussed between a small group of devs. I went a bit off the rails at times, and due to a breakdown in communication and the muting of writing chats by certain members of the team, I was never exactly told my limitations.Д®DIT: To clarify on those breakdowns, I was not always in the right, and I donвЂ™t intend to make myself out to be a hero.

Still, I spent probably too much time on it.ДЄs Head of Story, I had many ideas (not all of them good) for how to connect these shows and really pay tribute to the original teams that created them. As a hobby, however, it can be hard to dedicate all your time to a game based on other peopleвЂ™s IPs with no chance of payment or public recognition. Our development process as an international team was always a bit of an effort to coordinate ideas all across the globe, but generally speaking we had crafted something incredible. With that out of the way, hereвЂ™s the story. DonвЂ™t give up on them for my own personal decision to exit. Nan, the new co-leader, is the reason this game runs. RE:SPAWN IS STILL CONTINUING, I AM JUST NO LONGER INVOLVEDД«enbolt was co-leader for a reason, because heвЂ™s absolutely capable. I donвЂ™t want to leave the story untold, so this post is serving as my final goodbye. After nine years of following this community and then going on to help produce my very own recreation, I have decided that itвЂ™s time for me to leave it behind and move onto other things.
